Can I buy generic brand prescriptions even though my doctor prescribed me a brand name medication?
By law we will dispense the generic equivelent of your medication unless specifically requested by patient or doctor. Please all note that additional charges may be applied to brand name medication.
Will my insurance cover any prescription medicine I purchase?
All insurances are different and everyone's coverage is different. We will work with you and your insurance company to provide the best coverage possible. Sometimes this is not possible and an out of pocket fee may be applied.
How do I refill or order new prescriptions?
We make it easy for you to refill or re order your medication. You can simply call us, or fill out our form online and we will get your prescriptions ready. Sometimes we will have to contact your doctor for refills or clarifications and this may cause a slight delay.
How long does it take for my prescriptions to be ready?
Each prescription is filled with attention and care. We do not simply count by fives and slab a label on. We review each prescription at each fill. At times this may take longer than expected. We will always do our best to have your prescription done in a timely manner with accuracy and care.
